Clearly explain the work that you
would like done and that manner that you would like your PCA to
complete the task |

Provide constructive criticism to
your PA if you are not pleased with something they have done
without being demeaning, insulting or belittling |

Discuss the problems that you have
with their work without insulting their person |

Are not otherwise abusive or react
physically in anger or frustration |

Have realistic expectations for
how the person can help you, asking their provider agency if you
are unsure. |
